CDS (Couscousseries du Sud) was behind the development of the first fully automated couscous factory in Tunisia. The DIARI brand has been the undisputed leader in Tunisia for more than 4 decades with an annual production of over 100,000 tons.

DIARI, which means "homemade" in Arabic, enjoys a privileged position on the Tunisian, Libyan and African markets thanks, in particular, to a taste quality that is very close to artisan couscous prepared and dried in the sun in the pure Berber tradition.
